Returns and Exchanges
At AOLELIM, we want you to enjoy every garment. If something isn't right for you, we make it easy.
Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to do it
1. Write to us at atencion@aolelim.com, indicating your order number (you can find it in your confirmation email, with the format #0000) and the reason.
2. We will send you shipping instructions.
3. Include a note with your order number and name inside the package so we can identify you.
Cost
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless there is an error on our part or a defective item.
Condition of garments
Garments must be returned unworn, with all tags, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and swimsuits have a protective liner that must remain intact. Garments showing signs of use, makeup stains, odors, or in poor condition will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 3 to 12 business days of receipt. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges
If the item you want is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
Wrong or defective order
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please write to us within 48 hours at atencion@aolelim.com with your order number and a photo, and we will resolve it.
